IMPORTANTE:

La viabilidad de la fecha que selecciones al separar NO necesariamente será la final. La hora específica en que haremos las fotos también es crucial, en especial aquellas sesiones realizadas en exterior, con el fin de obtener la luz ideal para un resultado favorable. Así que fecha y hora estarán evaluándose a nuestro criterio y se confirmará ya sea por correo electrónico o mediante chat la fecha y hora final de la sesión fotográfica. De tener que que hacer cambios, nos estaremos comunicando para efectuar dichos ajustes.  Esto aplica a las locaciones deseadas por igual.  Si entendemos que la locación (spot) para sus fotos no es adecuada, estaremos sugiriendo lugares alternativos que provean tanto a cliente como al fotógrafo la oportunidad de realizar la tarea con los resultados mínimos esperados.

El pago para separar su fecha no tiene devolución. Se acreditará dicho pago a sesiones futuras.  Solo en ciertas circunstancias estaremos reembolsando una cantidad que acordaremos de acuerdo a la situación.

Una vez se coordina el servicio de maquillaje y/o peinado, la cancelación del mismo conlleva un costo de $25.00 por servicio.

Si pagó su sesión de fotos y por algún motivo usted tuvo que posponerla, le daremos un crédito por 6 meses calendario para recoordinar. Al cabo de estos 6 meses cualquier crédito quedará anulado.

 

El métodos de pago de preferencia es ATH Móvil.  Pagos con Paypal o Venmo conlleva un cargo de del 3%  a su balance final.

Todo balance pendiente de pago tiene que ser efectuado 24 horas antes del día del evento o sesión fotográfica.  Si dicho balance no se salda en o antes de este término, daremos por cancelada su sesión y no se devolverá ningún pago previo.

En el caso de impresión de fotografías, brindamos el servicio a través de nuestra galería exclusivamente para asegurar que la calidad del producto impreso por nuestros laboratorios será la mejor y acorde con la gama de colores y texturas que utilizamos en nuestro trabajo de post-producción.  Ninguna de nuestras sesiones incluye de manera gratuita ningún documento de relevo de impresión.  Si aún así, usted desea imprimir las fotos por su cuenta y a su propio riesgo, este documento de relevo de impresión conlleva un costo de $200.00 y cuyo pago automáticamente nos releva a nosotros de cualquier resultado de calidad o discrepancia de colores y matices.

IMPORTANT:
The viability of the date and hour you select in the booking process will NOT necessarily be the final one. It will be subject to our availability and the final date and time of the photo session will be confirmed either by email or by chat. If changes has to be made, we will be contacting you to make these arragements.  This also applies to desired locations. If we understand that the location (spot) for your photos is not adequate, we will be suggesting alternate locations that provide both the client and the photographer the opportunity to carry out the task with the minimum expected results.

The payment to reserve your date is non-refundable. This payment will be credited to future sessions. Only in certain circumstances will we be reimbursing an amount that we will agree on according to the situation.

Once the makeup and/or hairstyle service is coordinated, cancellation carries a cost of $ 25.00.

If you paid for your photo session and for some reason you had to postpone it, we will give you a credit for 6 calendar months to re-arrange. After these 6 months any credit will be cancelled.

 

Paying with PAYPAL or VENMO will add an extra 3% of you final price. This will be included in your invoice as part of your final due balance.

Regarding weddings and special events, any remaining balance must be made 24 hours prior the day of the event. If the due balance is not paid within this term, we will not attend your event and no previous payment will be returned.

Regarding photography printing, we provide this service through our gallery exclusively to ensure that the quality of the product printed by our laboratories will be the best and in accordance with the range of colors and textures that we use in our editing (post-production) work. None of our sessions includes any printing permit for free. Yet, if you still want to make your prints at your own risk, this printing permit document will be given at a cost of $200.00 and with this payment, you are automatically relieves us of any quality results or discrepancies in colors and shades.
